You might have noticed that the time displayed in the forum, shoutbox and others in syshacks does not match the local time for most of the users. You can set it up yourselves.
Open you profile and select "Look and layout preferences" from the left. Under the "Time Offset", the current forum time is displayed. Enter the time difference of forum time with your local time in the box provided including an appropriate "+/-" sign.
For India, you can enter 11.5 in the box.
